Teacher enrichment program 2026-27
The program was very informative and enriching. It provided valuable guidance on innovative teaching methods, activity-based learning, and effective classroom strategies to make mathematics learning more meaningful and enjoyable for students.
The orientation emphasized the importance of making mathematics interesting through games, puzzles, real-life applications, group activities, and hands-on learning experiences. Special focus was given to encouraging logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and active student participation in the classroom. The program also highlighted the use of teaching aids, digital resources, and interactive methods to reduce fear of mathematics and develop confidence among learners.
I gained many useful ideas and teaching techniques that will help me create a more engaging and student-friendly mathematics classroom.

A brief report on the Science Enrichment Program conducted on Day 3 (22/05/2026).
The session mainly focused on the Integrated Teaching Method. In this method, when a concept is related to two or more science subjects, teachers are encouraged to explain it from the perspectives of all the relevant subjects rather than limiting the explanation only to their area of specialization.
Sir. Pareek explained this concept effectively by conducting group activities for the teachers. The activities made the session highly interactive and helped the participants understand the concept more clearly. He also introduced a new apparatus called the W-tube and allowed the teachers to demonstrate experiments using it, which enabled us to understand its applications and uses effectively.
Overall, the subject enrichment seminar was informative, interactive, and highly beneficial for all the teachers who attended.
